Working Student (m/f/d) for IT-Support

Your tasks
Assist our IT team in the administration, maintenance and optimisation of our IT infrastructure.
Support the maintenance and backup of our server structure as well as troubleshooting, monitoring and incident management of the server and client landscape.
Be the contact person for employees on the subject of IT and install relevant IT systems (incl. mobile hardware) for the workplace of new employees and rectify IT faults.
Provide comprehensive and solution-oriented IT user support in the hardware and software environment, e.g. setting up VPN access, managing mail accounts etc.
You identify further optimisation potential on your own initiative and proactively drive your own projects.
Education
You are currently studying (business) computer science, IT security, data science or a comparable subject and can demonstrate very good performance.
Experience:
You have initial experience in the configuration of IP networks (router, switch, bridge, clients) and IT support. You are also able to identify faults flexibly and quickly and install individual IT solutions
Know How:
You have a high affinity for different computer systems (SW/HW) and topics such as virtualisation and containers arouse your interest.
You can not only assemble complete PCs yourself, but also carry out software installations, repairs and error analyses.
Language
Fluent German and a good command of English are required.

You are a team player with strong communication skills, a proactive and reliable way of working, interested in medical technology and able to present complex information in a relaxed and attractive manner.
