Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

   Your tasks

  • The development and advancement of marketing strategies and goals (B2B) in cooperation with the management and other departments (sales, HR, etc.)

  • You are responsible for the conception and management (as well as implementation) of all advertising and communication measures

  • You are the marketing lead: Leadership & further development of our marketing team (video production, content creation, media design) is your responsibility

  • You are responsible for controlling and success analysis of the implemented measures

  • You know how to generate targeted attention and manage to win the right stakeholders (PR, press relations) for us

  • You design marketing campaigns for online and offline channels

  • The cooperation and coordination of external service providers are in your area of responsibility

  • As well as the organization and implementation of internal and external events (e.g. trade fairs)


You have a degree or completed vocational training with a focus on marketing, media, communication or a similar qualification and at least 2 years of professional experience in (B2B) marketing.

Experience & Know-How

You should be familiar with the methods of market research and advertising. Business management know-how is just as important as strong analytical and strategic thinking. You are no stranger to topics such as brand building, content marketing and social media marketing.

Nice to have

If you have already gained leadership experience and understand how to lead your team at eye level as well as empathically and purposefully. Industry knowledge from the healthcare sector is welcome


We require very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.

Personality and way of working

You are a strong communicator and team player with a proactive and reliable approach to work, are interested in medical technology and can present complex information in a relaxed and appealing manner.
